I am currently reading The Knack by Norm Brodsky. He has a paragraph in the book about Corporate Culture.
"Some, people, I know, disagree with me about the importance of culture. They question how much it can actually affect the bottom line. I believe it has an enormous impact. Indeed, I'd argue that culture plays a huge role in the success or failure of any company. How? By shaping the attitudes of employees toward the place where they work. Those attitudes, in turn, guide their behavior, and their behavior has a direct impact on the financial health of the business."
I agree 100 %.
